Dr Organic - anyone know much about them?

Every so often I look for a cheaper range than Clarins. I always end up going back but this gets very good reviews on the web.

Also looking at their haircare.

Can anybody recommend?

Yes! I got two of their, I think, Royal Jelly face creams when they were on offer and really liked it

twoandahalftimesthree · 15/01/2015 22:31

I am loving the snail gel, makes my skin feel great, I use under my normal moisturiser as I have quite dry skin.

Ktay · 15/01/2015 22:32

I like their argan oil shampoo and conditioner

Gillybobs · 15/01/2015 22:36

Everything I've bought from them has been lovely. Often they do 3 for 2

mausmaus · 15/01/2015 22:39

yes, use the olive shampoo and conditioner for eczema dc.
havn't tried the moisturisers yet.

have you tried weleda? the almond range is really nice and smells like marzipan lovely.

squoosh · 15/01/2015 22:44

I like the snail jizz cream.

VenusRising · 16/01/2015 01:06

Another vote for the royal jelly face creams.

Also the manuka shampoo and conditioner.

It's all good imvho.

Adarajames · 16/01/2015 01:42

I love their stuff, and it's the only range I can use without my very dry skin in my hands getting worse. It's natural, smells lovely and I wait to buy at H&B when it's on offer, so it's well priced, great combination! Grin

I have really sensitive skin and their products are among the few that don't make it flare up. So yes, I rate them.

DeliciousMonster · 16/01/2015 07:36

Me too, have been using them for the past year or so - love the pomegranate range.

Also, I use the Naked range. The coco de mer bath foam is gorgeous.

Twinklestein · 16/01/2015 11:32

I use their Vitamin E night cream, & body lotion, no chemicals, I find it very good. Their pomegranate moisturiser gave me a reaction though.

Never tried the hair stuff.

ZaraW · 16/01/2015 11:43

I love it too. No nasties, reasonably priced and works well, what's not to like? I really love their shampoo and shower gels.

iwantgin · 16/01/2015 11:54

I have tried a few Dr Organics products.
They aren't cheap, but in fact work out at good value, as the tubes are quite large and last a while.

I have used the shampoos and conditioners (argan oil). Also a face wash and moisturiser. The dead Sea mineral.

Also like the deodorant -the manuka honey. whilst it isn't an anti-perspirant, I find it is very effective - and I sweat a fair bit.

Often on offer at Holland And Barrett

squoosh · 16/01/2015 11:58

They're good value when Holland and Barrett do their 'buy one and get one for a penny' deal.

Adarajames · 16/01/2015 12:39

Squoosh I've never seen them in that deal, only the buy one get one half price, or recently in buy 2, get 20% off, but 3 get 30% etc, wish they were in penny sale sometimes though, I'd buy out their stock! Grin

rubyflipper · 16/01/2015 13:07

I like the rose body lotion.

70isaLimitNotaTarget · 16/01/2015 13:11

I bought the Vit E shampoo , didn't get on with it, it left my hair feeling 'coated' even after mega rinsing but I would try another type.

Not sure I could get over the eurgh factor of the snail jizz though Wink

GillSans · 16/01/2015 13:13

I love Dr Organic. I use most of their products. Started buying them as a gentle option for dd when she got into skin care, but now both of us use it.

It seems to never be the penny sale online, but is in the shops. THough, not all the ranges all the time so you have to be a bit flexible about what you use if you want it cheaper.

Particularly like the shampoo and conditioner.
