Occasion pencil dress with sleeved, not stretchy - help me!

I've got a dp work daytime presentation to go to and can't find a suitable dress.

I want a fitted pencil dress - but not bodycon/stretchy material. Needs sleeves - captype preferably. Needs to be knee length.

Probanly black or patterned black so it can go with a black coat/jacket and shoes/tights.

Budget - probably stretch to £75.

I've looked everywhere!

If you really stretch it to £85 Get Cutie have their lovely pencil dress in the sale. The jackdaw print is unusal but not too OTT.
They resale well on ebay so you could pass it on afterwards.

I think Précis is slightly on the large side for size. I've just got that dress in an 8 when I'm normally a 10 or 12.
