The title says it all really, my 12 year old dd needs the above, preferably flat or with a small heel, she is a size 5 thanks

Have you looked in New Look? They often have that sort of thing there and it wouldn't cost a fortune. Monsoon may be worth a look too

I just bought some for £5 in the sale from New Look for a party without trying them on, and they were too big for me. They are a size 5 - I will find a link. I can pop them in the post for you if you want.
