A really good OTC de-frizzing product for highlighted hair?

My hair is the kind that becomes a fluffy mess if I go outside in damp weather and I'm so sick of it. I've had it keratin straightened in the past, which was great for this problem, but it seemed to make it fall out so I'm really reluctant to get it done again. Does anyone have a recommendation for a product that works? There seem to be loads on the market, but I don't really want to buy one at random.

I use kerastase oleo relax which is fab

And also, I wear a very unsexy beany hat in the morning to cover my hair from being damp on the way to work, that works too. The morning damp mostly dries off by about 11 so then it's fine for the rest of the day
