I've got some vouchers for Xmas and I want to treat myself to one of the Benefit blushers/highlighters.
I have olive skin that can look sallow in winter.
I have had Dallas before but I've no idea if they still sell it.
Any recommendations?
Thanks.

Rockateur (rose gold), Coralista (coral), and Sugarbomb (peachy warm pink) are all really nice - I'm almost certainly paler than you but have yellow undertones and they all work on me. Rockateur in particular is my default go-to blush these days.

BearPear · 09/01/2015 19:02

I got Dandelion for Christmas and I really like it. I am cool skin-tone and I like the pinkiness which you can sweep over or build for a stronger colour.

camsie · 09/01/2015 19:03

I love Hoola.

BiancaDelRio · 09/01/2015 19:14

I picked up a Benefit set at Christmas called Cheeky Sweet Spot. It has 6 almost full size blushers (Dandelion, Hoola, Coralista, Rockateur, Bella Bamba and Sugar Bomb). You also get a sample of their Watts Up highlighter and a wee brush.

They might still have it in the big stores?

I'm not crazy about Benefit for blusher tbh. They're fine but nothing special.

everygalaxy · 09/01/2015 19:18

I wear dandelion in the daytime and sugar bomb for going out, I am very pale. They will try to sell you stuff but benefit staff are normally really helpful Smile

ZenNudist · 09/01/2015 19:29

I don't really rate the powders. No staying power. Colours are ok.

Really recommend the benetint in cha cha. It might work well on olive skin. I don't know about the rosier one for you. I smudge a little on each cheekbone and rub it in and it peps me up no end. It's the only blusher product I need.

For nights out when I might use a powder just to faff a but I stick with my Dior ones, despite having loads of dandelion and perfect10 powders left. I quite like the highlighter in perfect 10 for eyes.

Come to think if it perfect 10 is a bronzer with highlighter- don't know if they still do it but that's worth a try given your colouring.

hauntedhenry · 09/01/2015 19:35

I like dandelion.

turdfairynomore · 09/01/2015 19:39

Dallas for me in winter with hooks in summer. I like the ones with no "sparkle"

turdfairynomore · 09/01/2015 19:39

Hoola!! Stupid phone!!

ihatethecold · 09/01/2015 19:40

Thanks everyone.
I have tried a sample of benetint a few years ago.
I did like it.
I do like a touch of bronzer as long as it's not orangey.

So they still sell Dallas then?
That's good.

I love dandelion for all over - i have olive skin so its not really a blusher for me unless its in the daytime

IHeartChristmasMoomies · 10/01/2015 02:19

Rockateur or Coralista for me. My sister is olive skinned and she loves Coralista.

I love Benefit blusher. I have had three Rockateurs...all of which DS has ruined Hmm

TallulahBetty · 10/01/2015 12:03

I came to sat Dallas but I see you've had that already. They definitely still do it Smile

AmberNectarine · 10/01/2015 13:47

This has really annoyed me because it reminds me of the Georgia blusher I used to love that they discontinued!

Trills · 10/01/2015 13:49

I like the posietint (the pinker liquid blusher).

ihatethecold · 10/01/2015 15:48

tallulah
My Dallas is long gone!

I use rockateur and really like it.

TallulahBetty · 10/01/2015 16:39

Oh Amber I loved Georgia too Sad

Annietheacrobat · 10/01/2015 16:45

Hoopla here

RojaGato · 10/01/2015 17:51

Coralista. Good for olive skin.

They now do a coral version of benetint too, it's called cha cha tint. Again, great for olive skins.

ihatethecold · 10/01/2015 18:42

Think I need a visit to a counter.
I really hate it when they start approaching me though.

One in John Lewis here is good for just asking you if you need any help but leaving you alone to browse if you say "I'm just having a look". I think they are maybe told to tone in down by John Lewis...so might be worth trying a John Lewis one if you don't want the hard sell.

ihatethecold · 11/01/2015 07:11

I do have a john Lewis nearby.
I could look in there, then spend my voucher in boots! Wink

Well I bought sugarbomb in the end.
