I had DS 6 months ago and since I have lost all sense of how to dress. Before getting pregnant I wore mainly smart clothes due to job but now I seem to live in jeans trainers and hoodys. I don't even know where to start looking for something a bit tidier. and now I have a few nights out (bars/restaurant) so I need to find something to wear.

can you help me?

I'm mid 30s, size 20 very busty with a bit of mummy tummy.

There are lots of nice clothes at Asos in your size a browse

MistAndAWeepingRain · 09/01/2015 19:57

Yours have a nice range starting at a size 14. There's a sale on at the moment and they have some really flattering dresses that would suit your shape.

Straight leg jeans - Sainsburys are good

wear with ankle boots. Clark's Melanie jude nice and only £27 quid. or Chelsea boots

flat/ballet shoes come spring

Jeggings - Eden Dorothy Perkins
wear with calf/knee boots

I love my fly mes boots

leggings (Sainsburys 1x for £10) and a tunic top

denim/cord skirt

waterproof parka - regatta foxtail
waterproof Mac - target Georgia

silk top
blazer
heels
for nights out to wear with straight leg jeans

easy to wear dress up/dress down dress - Sainsburys black scoop neck

jewelry/scarfs

crucial - something decent for slobbing about at home - decent leggings, slipper boots, layering top, long cardi - so on the days yr stuck at home you you still feel OK!

tops are my down fall!

I'm a similar size to you and slowly have worked out that this is what I need. I have 3 wardrobes full, yet these are the things I actually wear!

this is beautiful and flattering. I have an Evans £10 off voucher too if you want it

Thank you ladies

pompbear thank you for that list Grin I have loads of clothes but very few I like. The voucher would be really kind of you if you're sure?

I am an 18/20 currently having slimmed down from a 22 due to IBS weight loss.

I would agree with pompbear's list. I have had to revamp my wardrobe as nothing fitted anymore and I mainly wear long tunic tops from Sainsburys with either leggings from there too or M&S jeggings. I also found 2 pairs of coloured jeggings in Sainsburys recently which fit perfectly in a 20.

I get jeans from Sainsburys or the slim bootcut and straight ones in Evans are also good but you do need to try them all on as the fit can vary massively.

I need a decent black or similar dark coloured plain skirt to wear with boots and tights and another long boyfriend cardi but can't find anything quite right in the shops at the mo.

I love asos for bigger clothes and a lot of their sizing is generous. Don't just look at their curve range though as bizarrely they think all bigger girls want to wear very short skater style dresses!! WTF! Dorothy Perkins super skinny jeans are very stretchy and comfy but super black so smart too.

Thanks - when ds gives me chance I'll have a look!
