Dress to wear to my brothers wedding

I am a Boden size 20 and am looking for a dress to wear to my brothers wedding (October so I have some time). I don't mind spending some money - where should I go?

What sort of thing do you want? Sleeves? Length?

Any features to hide/show off?

What's your colouring?

What's your maximum budget?

Max budget 400 ish I think.

Not cap sleeves but I'm not dogmatic about sleeve length.

I suit low cut dresses (usually). I also suit purple / turquoise but look terrible in pastels.

I have a fat tummy.

I am a size 18 and wore a lace dress from Igigi.com for a family wedding.
