Recommend me a nice men's aftershave please

My dh is mid 40's and I'd like to get him some aftershave for Christmas.
One that's smells nice and subtle.
I don't have a big budget unfortunately.
This is a last minute twitch present.
Previously he has worn Clinique Happy and a Chanel one that I can't remember the name of.

Nothing too strong hopefully.

Aqua di parma has a new one called oud. It's very nice. Not as in your face as the colonia original.

Hugo Boss. My DH has a couple and they all smell great. Good value IMO.

The Moulton Brown ones are nice and relatively well priced

L'occitane Vetiver smells lovely and lasts ages
