I've got a black dress and brown boots...

Could wearing dark grey tights allow them to go together? I'm travelling over Christmas and don't want to have to take black and brown boots and the brown ones to with more.

Go with more, not to with more.

I would wear either black opaque or nude sheer tights depending on the length of the dress. I recently wore a black smart dress (mid thigh) and knee length tan boots with opaques and it looked fine.
