Am I the only one who doesn't really like the Target Dry Georgia Parka? I bought one after reading about it on here and blogs recommending it. I struggle to wear mine, it's material is quite stiff and the shiny toggles really stand out. Wondering if I am the only one feeling this way, must be a nicer warm watetproof out there that doesn't cost too much
