Do you want a House of Colour person or a really good incredibly talented House of Colour draped completely obsessed incredibly competent massively inspiration independent that I also know? I can recommend either, or both.

TattyDevine · 17/12/2014 21:28

*inspirational

TinyLittleOne · 17/12/2014 21:36

Trudy Cooper.

mowglik · 17/12/2014 22:31

I forgot to say, I think she is in Colchester.

TattyDevine · 18/12/2014 07:52

Trudy Cooper is excellent, but my independent is also fantastic. The independent does a draping and provides a swatch book. I will PM you her details - her name is Janine Morgan.

I have been draped by Trudy Cooper but Janine has draped my husband and some friends and she is utterly amazing.

opalmum · 18/12/2014 09:36

I would second Janine, who has done my colours too. She is really good, certainly knows her stuff!

butterfliesandflowers · 18/12/2014 10:21

Janine (I think she's Swann now) is really lovely, and knows her stuff. she explains it very well and is really thorough.

mowglik · 18/12/2014 11:58

Janine sounds great better to choose someone with loads of recommendations. Thanks for the other recommendations too..

Janine will come to your house - apologies but she goes by the name of Janine Swann, indeed, as she got married, and my brain doesn't always remember that (!) (she had such a fabulous colour and style compliant wedding by the way!!!) - I'll PM you now. I might message her and see if she wants her details on here, she is not the type to want to self-promote in an in your face way but seeing you have asked for a recommendation there may be others who want to make a note of her details! I'll ask her first though and PM you now! x

TattyDevine · 18/12/2014 15:39

You will need a full length mirror in a room with good natural light, but apart from that she provides everything needed.

TattyDevine · 18/12/2014 15:44

Right, have messaged you x

MrsPeacockDidIt · 18/12/2014 17:27

Can I have her details too please. Not for me as I've had mine done but a friend of mine who is in Essex and really wants to do it but doesn't drive.

JewelleryObsessed · 18/12/2014 20:54

Hello, just spotted this! I'm Janine, the colour analyst in Colchester! Very flattered by the recommendations! My blog is www.inlovewithcolour.com and you can contact me on [email protected]. Happy to answer any questions you might have :) I can travel if required, where are you based?

TinyLittleOne · 18/12/2014 21:15

Love your website Janine - do you do style days as well as colour?

JewelleryObsessed · 18/12/2014 21:33

Just colour at the moment, I'm keen to do style too. I offer free style advice because I haven't been officially trained yet but I do know quite a bit about the House of Colour style types etc ;)

mowglik · 18/12/2014 23:10

Thanks a lot tatty! Really looking forward to getting my colours done, I know a lot of people think its twee or a load of tosh but I've always been interested in it

Janine I will email you! x
