Vivienne Westwood - budget alternatives

Hi there - thanks to a member of this forum, I've found Vivienne Westwood makes my perfect dress:

But I really can't justify the expense and I'm not sure if I'd fit in even the biggest size (XXL) at a size 18.

Are there any budget alternatives that do the same kind of relaxed/casual style (without looking like I'm wearing a sack)?

My Wardrobe had som e in their sale. Keep an eye in case one comes back in? Or ring them?
