Any suggestions around Oxford Circus/Warren Street areas please? Got to be good with very straight, thick but fine hair..... Not many hairdressers are it seems! ;)

I go to George Northwood who is in that area - he is great but£££, alas.

There is meant to be a great one I think on Great Portland Street, www.percyandreed.com/ think some celeb's go there.

I go to Karine Jackson off Charing Cross Road. Aveda is also in that area but a little more pricey.

Daniel Mikhail, Porchester Place - about £70, he is very good.

Headmasters on Poland street(just behind m&s on Oxford street). My last visit I was seen by Ashley - really pleased with the results!

Another vote for Aveda, in High Holborn. Have been there for long periods in the past and the standard is very good, as is the atmosphere.

When I lived in London I used to go to Charles worthingtons covent garden branch and have a senior stylist - I always had a good cut.

Fordham soho on Greek street have always been very good and not too pricey

CV hair in Bloomsbury are surprisingly well priced for the area.

Agree Worthingtons in Covent Garden also very good.

Luca at Concrete in Drury Lane. He has cut my hair for years and makes it look wonderful.
