Good place to get velvet clothes?

I would love to get some velvet tops and a shawl type cardigan...anyone know of a high street store that is most likely to have velvet pieces? Tried a little search on net but not much luck.

I saw a couple of velvet items on the John lewis website, if you do a search they should come up - a top and a dress..,,

not sure about shawls but boohoo.com has plenty of velvet clothes. I have bought three velvet dress's from them and at fantastic prices. They are nice quality too. I have a huge thing for velvet atm.

East have some lovely evening tops in velvet, as well as an evening wrap in peacock pattern velvet . The latter is 30 percent off at the moment, have bought one as a gift . East have a concession in most branches of John Lewis too .
