Blue dress, urgently required!

I want to find a blue, smart, midi length dress, ideally with sleeves (any length) that will flatter a tall figure. Has anyone seen one anywhere? I would like to try it on in person, so ideally not online only retailer. Budgetwise, reasonable, but not Designer.

Any thoughts?

I really like the Gorgeous couture dress, but as I am a bit taller than the model, it would be verging on too short. Or perhaps I am being over conservative?

Also really like the J by JC one. I am not sure I have ever been into a Dbenhams

I just tried on lots of dresses, including several in Ted Baker, which were a lovely blue, but inclined to be very body con, which I think is probably not ideal for work event.
