how are your feet now? How often have you had to do it? Have you found anything better?

I just did it on sunday... Only on one foot and can see a difference between the 2 already xx

Jux · 03/12/2014 18:55

Wow! That's quick. I'd been reading all those threads from the summer, and it seemed to take at least a week before anything happened. I've got footner, and I'm a bit scared.... Grin

Good luck to you - hope it goes well!

The skin is just slightly odd coloured but I'm on my feet all day and there was a significant amount less pain in the foot I'd tried. Very impressed. My boyfriend used the other one and hadn't noticed much difference yet. Can't wait to see how it goes!!

mowglik · 03/12/2014 20:32

I did it 3.5 weeks ago and it's still oeeling all over. I have had old woman feet for 3 weeks now :/ am resorting to peeling it all off, might have another foot bath while DH is at footy but that didn't really do much before.. Confused

It may be because I have cold feet and they don't really get sweaty though if you have warm feet it may work better..

Gem124 · 04/12/2014 22:18

I've read that soaking every day helps. Lots of peeling already!! Xx

ShatterResistant · 04/12/2014 22:20

I did it in September, and my feet are still way better than they were before. I'll do it again soon, I think, maybe over Christmas when I might be able to sit down for an hour!

Jux · 05/12/2014 00:11

The temperature of your feet effects footner's efficacy? Wow.

Mowglit, I have old woman's feet now - they look like my mum's did when she was 80!

Shatter, that a long time for one treatment!

OK. I shall gird my loins and actually take the stuff out of the box. Tomorrow Wink

I have been doing the footner socks for a good 18 months now. Last one was September time I think my feet are fine but footner is a lazy pedicure treat for me. Feet temperature does not matter I do soak my feet at least twice a day in very hot water to aid the peeling. I also keep socks on at all times. I love the baby soft feet got my feet in the socks now roll on the peeling .

ReinholdMessner · 06/12/2014 11:02

Make sure that you wear slippers or socks around the house during the process. Before the peeling started the skin on my feet went quite skippy and weird and I had a nasty fall on the stairs when carrying baby DD because I slipped on the carpet.

ReinholdMessner · 06/12/2014 11:02

*slippy, not skippy!

Littlepumpkinpie · 06/12/2014 16:37

lol at the slippery feet I time footner day with my fitness days never ever do it the day before leg day. Did it once not knowing about slippy feet never again made leg day even harder. Upper body tomorrow so all good and they will be as dry as anything by Monday aka leg day

Jux · 06/12/2014 20:00

Gosh, I like the sound of skippy feet, conjures images of bounding about like a kangaroo!

Haven't done it yet as too much going on during the last few days (nothing exciting) to be able to guaranteeI'd have an hour to do it. Same today and tomorrow, so hope I'll do it Monday.

Feeling slightly less scared, now, though, thanks to you all Thanks

Giving you an update mines already starting to peel a day earlier than normal. I don't just sit there with the bags on my feet I carry on doing house work ect helps the liquid get all over the the feet.

EthelCardew · 09/12/2014 19:29

Just discovered this stuff.

The pictures I found online are so effing disgusting, I just HAVE to do it!

Jux · 09/12/2014 21:50

Grin Ethel

Sadly, my feet are the things which are so effing disgusting! Maybe they'll be quite nice in time for Xmas!

Have tried 3 times. My heels are no longer dry and cracked but still have a long way to go to get rid of the hard spots on the balls of my feet. Still need to cut/shave off layers of hard skin there. I intend to use one Footner (or similar) a month from now on.

Littlepumpkinpie · 09/12/2014 23:24

CatCushion I been doing them 18months now and like you the balls of my feet were horrid I do them every 2/3months and now they are lovely.

CatCushion · 10/12/2014 06:55

Thank you!

iwantginsoakedXmas · 10/12/2014 08:36

Which brands other than Footner are any good oh wise ones ?

Am baulking at paying £15 from Boots. I see there are other makes on Amazon ?

EthelCardew · 10/12/2014 10:05

Jux Mine too. I can't wait to peel the wretched layers off. I've only got one or two deep deep lines so hopefully it will work for me.

Littlepumpkinpie · 10/12/2014 16:48

The price is cheap I used to pay £30 for a pedicure every other month and did so for a long time with hardly any results no where near what footner does. I wish I had discovered them sooner that's my only regret.

squoosh · 10/12/2014 17:04

Has anyone tried this much cheaper version? Just £3.50

CatCushion · 11/12/2014 20:34

Yes, I did. They are no different from the rest. :)

cardoon · 11/12/2014 20:52

I'm now using the 5 for a tenner from ebay and they're not really living up to footner. Not sure if that's because the condition of my feet is better generally or if they're just not as powerful.

CleverPlansAndSecretTricks · 11/12/2014 20:59

Ooo just did that one today squoosh. Its the first time I have tried anything like it. My feet look pretty normal so far...maybe feeling a bit tingly...
