I haven't seen much in Amazon that might be worth buying S&B wise..has anyone managed to bag something nice? Off to bluewater tomorrow so may look out for some good deals

Just bought boots for dc's in Clarks- goretex, one pair £5 down from £60 other pair £13 down from £50. As you can imagine I'm very happy about that! Weren't on display, I asked if there were any in the back and fantastic shop assistant was only too happy to find these bargains.

StatisticallyChallenged · 29/11/2014 11:10

A few dresses from LadyV, a coat from Collectif...oooooppss!

BelindaAllWorkedOut · 29/11/2014 12:04

I bought ponyskin gloves that work on smartphones from Gap for £17.50, plus their merino knits for £20 each.

lurkingaround · 29/11/2014 13:33

Wolford tights t 40% off.
I really wanted to buy some Gap cashmere but it wasn't included in the discount deal.

mowglik · 29/11/2014 13:40

Belinda Those pony skin gloves sound great, I usually wear half gloves but my fingers freeze. I had a look for them online but couldnt find them were they instore?

Longchamp Le Pliage 20% off. I posted earlier as I know they're popular.

lurkingaround · 29/11/2014 13:46

Here are the gloves. They do sound great, don't they? The online discount doesn't apply to them either. Grrr.

BelindaAllWorkedOut · 29/11/2014 13:46

I'll be cheeky - they are on my blog www.theworkwearedit.com else look on the Gap website under calf skin tech gloves. Not a v appealing name.

CointreauVersial · 29/11/2014 17:42

Ooh, Amethyst, where did you find the Le Pliage on offer?

AmethystMoon · 29/11/2014 18:56

20% off in House of Fraser and John Lewis, about half a dozen colours and all sizes.

Jemimapuddleduk · 29/11/2014 19:07

3 for 2 and 30% off at Barbour! Saved a fortune on a parka, jumper x2 and shirt.

awaywego1 · 29/11/2014 20:26

2 tops and a dress from trollied dolly..and they arrived today too Grin

meltedmonterayjack · 30/11/2014 00:00

I looked and looked for some going out tops but couldn't find anything. Ended up with 2 running tops from GAP with 30% off and free delivery. Not really amazing but saved a fair bit of dosh.

noddyholder · 30/11/2014 00:12

£325 of Rodial skincare on qvc for £50

BlueEyedWonder · 30/11/2014 07:41

I have tried to avoid impulse buying despite being bimbarded with offers via email Smile:
GAP navy merino knit and floral print shirt with 30% off and free delivery
M&S Navy duvet style coat with 20% off.
The best bargain was a pair of Clarks black leather shoe boots - 50% off - turned out they weren't in the sale at all but the lovely assistant let me have them as their mistake.

These were all items I wanted / needed before reductions so pleased.

AmberNectarine · 30/11/2014 08:00

I got one of the Gap merino knits for £20, a green bodycon dress from Topshops (only 10% off but better than a kick in the teeth) and a few bits from NaP in the presale. Oh and some This Works stuff with 40% off.

Mumraathenoisylion · 30/11/2014 08:03

I bought this - oasis dress for Christmas Day with the 40% off and then an extra 10% student discount.

CointreauVersial · 30/11/2014 10:28

Thanks Amethyst. Not online though. Angry Might be enough to tempt me to the shops.....

CointreauVersial · 30/11/2014 10:32

Actually, my best Black Friday purchase wasn't even for me.

DS (15) was after a £95 jacket from Top Man (no chance, mate) but on Friday they had 30% off coats, then a 20% BF discount on top of that....suddenly just about affordable!

LightastheBreeze · 30/11/2014 16:00

GAP floral shirt from tall section 40% off and free delivery. I've been really restrained with clothes/shoes buying.

mowglik · 30/11/2014 18:02

Been shopping, bluewater was a bit mental! I got those calf skin gloves - good job I sae them here as they were all hiding and strewn about would never have spotted them!

Got lots of toddler jeans and clothes for my ds from gap, DH got his boss essentials from house of Fraser at 20% off and paid full price at zara for shoes and scarf :/ checked out the mint velvet at house of Fraser and none of the bits I was interested in were available so bit annoyed about that!
I think next yr I will wait for the Xmas sales, at least everything will be on sale at the same time and it won't all be crammed into a weekend Confused

I feel very grown up as the only things I bought were ones that I have wanted for months but didn't want to pay full price. I bought a lovely olive tweed jacket from Banana Republic £110 with 30% off, so £77. And a Longchamp Planetes tote from Selfridges, £76 with 20% off, so £60. Both have been on my wish list for a long time, and even though they weren't major major bargains, I'm still v pleased Grin

applecatchers36 · 30/11/2014 18:50

I got a bargainous coat from Oliver Bonas was originally £70 reduced to £50 and they did a Black Friday 30% off everything in store so ended up paying £35 for a winter coat v happy

BelindaAllWorkedOut · 30/11/2014 19:31

mowglik - are you happy with the pony skin gloves? I just happened to see them, too, and my eyes out up. I love ponyskin.

mowglik · 30/11/2014 23:09

yeah belinda theyre gorgeous and a nice slim fit too.. i liked the burgundy colour as well and wanted to get those but we couldnt find the left glove.. gap was a bit of a mess don't think the sales people could keep up lol
