Itchy rash from lace on m&S vest?

I bought some vests from M&s black cotton but with a lacy trim. My chest area feels hot & itchy & there is a bit of a rash. Has anyone else found this with the lacy bits on tops? I'm not sure if this is the cause or not.

Did you wash then before wearing them? Sometimes new fabric has chemicals from the manufacturing process that can irritate sensitive skin

Yes i have washed them since buying but still bit itchy and slight rash.

Why not give their CS a call? Maybe there is latex in there and you have a bit of a reaction to it? Or, does the lace feel scratchy (that could be a cause)?
