New years eve wedding what to wear

any ideas oh stylish ladies? i want to look glam very glam.
size 10 ish with a small bit of a tummy not much tho. toned arms and legs. 5ft 2 long brown hair. thanks for your help.

What's your kind of budget? Any colours you like?

I don't wear red apart from that I'm pretty open to suggestions. Budget for dress around £100. I have alot of shoes bags and accessories I'm sure id have something to go with most things
