Whistles tube skirt sizing

Do they one up big/small/true to size? Also, are they easy to hoik up? The short is too short but long looks too long (am 5ft 3 and just past knee length work best for me with pencil skirts so thinking could just pull up)....

I'm 5'3" too and also like just below the knee length. I've got two of their longer tube skirts and they're fine cos like you say, you can just hoik them up and wear them a bit higher on the waist. I would say they're pretty true to size.
