Need 2 outfits for upcoming parties HELP

Ok first one is 5/11 for bonfire night. Want to look nice but comfortable so was thinking skinny jeans and cowl neck jumper with boots over jeans ??

Next night is 18/11 and I want to look really really really nice, but still be comfy. It's a night out for someones birthday and will be going to pub/club type places (my idea of hell but still).
Was thinking I could wear the skinny jeans again but with a nice top, and boots or not ????

HELP

The 2nd night is most important so any help very much appreciated. I am 5'2 and a size 12 with a bit of a belly .

Would boots and a skirt be any good for the second night out or not ?? I don't go to pubs and clubs so dunno what I am on about.

boots and a nice spangly top with strappy heels i think sounds lovely for bar/club.

agree with style for 5/11

Do you mean jeans, sparkly top and heels Jammie ??

I might look a twat in skinny jeans and heels though, have never tried that look LOL.

Not everywhere used to allow people in in jeans, but I guess it did depend on the jeans & us ladies tended to get away with it.

Try Primark - although it is hit & miss there. Can't really think where else I saw some yesterday but New Look had a few nice ones plus there were sales in Oasis.

I always used to wear a skirt & boots out.

ASOS have lots of tops - not sure what sort of shape you're after?

JackieNoHeadJustABloodyStump · 08/10/2006 19:05

Debenhams have a sale on - is this too revealing for you?

nutcracker · 08/10/2006 21:37

I like that one Jackie, but do you think it would diguise my belly or make it more obvious ??

Will check out asos too as i usually love their stuff.

I think generally ruching is supposed to be good for disguising things, but you'd probably need to try it on to be sure. Another one with 'drapey' bits here ?
