Help me out with Christmas Party dress

I was looking for an outfit for our companies Xmas party. When I came across this site. The Feedback are really good and and they have good prices as they run a sale now.

I'm not a show off type, and I think there are a couple of options here and I can stay within my budget which is around £50-60.
I though that the blue print should be nice, but I don't know if it is an "all-year" print or Should I pick a plain cream color or a darker one but don't want anything formal :)
Any ideas?

Of that link I like the ones in cream, in black and in grey I don't like any of the prints, and tbh they look like summer dresses in the sale...
