Help me find a work Xmas party, plus size dress

The theme is night at the oscars dress to impress. I don't do showy iffy so don't what anything too formal but something a bit fancier than day to day.
Plus size 24-26 preferably with sleeves and not too mini short as I'm tall. I'm fairly skint so no more than £45ish.
