Person to tame my unruly hair required

Seriously, I'm at my wits end. My hair is naturally curly and dry, in awful condition from processing, and needs help. I've had too many poor haircuts in my time, and I don't have massive amounts of money to throw around trying and failing to get it right.
Can anyone recommend a hairdresser in Oxfordshire or Cotswolds area (Cheltenham/Cirencester, etc) who understands how to cut tricky hair, and will not make me feel like an ugly sister. Hair has been neglected for over a year since last bad experience.

Thank you!!!

OK first of all focus on the condition, not the cut.

Google the Curly Girl method. You will do yourself a massive favour if you ditch shampoo altogether and just use confiditioner, or at the very least start using shampoos that have no silicone or sulphates in them.

That will make a massive improvement, I promise you.

As far as cutting goes, maybe you could consider finding a hairdresser who specialises in afro hair or is used to cutting mixed race hair? They might be better at coping with the curls!

conditioner obvs, not confiditioner!

thanks! I do actually already use the curly girl method and don't shampoo and avoid sulphites. it has helped a lot but the hair still needs a bit of emergency care.
Any salon recommendations hugely welcome! :)
