Can black people get Heterochromia?

I went for an eye checkup (I'm black) and my optometrist says I have a mild case of it, don't even know if it's anything to worry about. Googling brought up hardly anything, did find this Don't know if it will progress that far! Is it normal?

I'm not a medic but seeing its to do with your eyes and sounds like you weren't born with this, I'd see your gp and ask for a referral to an opthalmologist just to be sure things are ok. I just wouldn't take any chances with eyes. They're too important.
