So I have spent at least £2k I reckon in this shop. Bought a jacket a few weeks ago for my 6 month yr old baby. Jacket was £50 but 5 in 1 style and also for 6-12 months so also thought it would last. Put it on my baby without washing and he got hives on his chin so in case it was the jacket I washed it carefully following the instructions on the label (low temp etc and no tumble dry). Tried it on him afterwards a few days later and he can't even fit through the sleeves it is so small. Complained to JJM and they 'sent it away for testing' (bit ridiculous in my book considering I am in that store twice a week) and have now been told the report came back that it hasn't shrunk. I am going to take him into the store to try it on. Outraged at the lack of customer service considering I must be a pretty top spending customer there. Sort it out JJM....when you compare it to somewhere like John Lewis JJM really do fare rather badly on customer service.

Oh and when I try the number to call to escalate this - all morning 'lines are busy'...I expect they are bloody busy with cross customers!

I'm sorry you had such a bad experience, I felt I had to share my very positive one. In short, I ordered something that didn't turn up (honestly), phoned JJMB yesterday and explained the problem. They offered to send out another. It was nice that they felt the customer was right in this instance.
