Saw a feature on this morning this week about how to blow dry your own hair, including a lady with hair like mine, very long, curly, frizzy hair. They made it look lovely and the main advice was to do it once a week and not wash it more than once a week.
Well that's all very well but what if like me you go to the gym two or three times a week, sweat a lot and have to wash it?
I end up diffusing it and shoving it up. Would love to walk around with long glossy blow dried locks...
