Then I went to Tescos & got
Brown Boots

Brown Trousers
Purple skirt
Pink Jumper
Brown Blouse
2x black & white cotton dresses for my holiday at Christmas

MumRum · 05/10/2006 22:47

no problem.... [gutted emoticon]

Katymac · 06/10/2006 08:15

Sorry (creeps away in shame)

Maggiesmama - it wasn't a quick fix (but I have kept it off for over 2 yrs now)

Grilled fish/chicken, lots of fruit & veggies, reasonable amount of carbohyrate (but not too much extra fat)

I use olive oil, I don't put butter on sandwiches (tho' I do use mayo)

I cut out 90%+ of all artificiala (colour/preservatives/low cal/low fat/nutrasweet)

& ate loads of baked beans

No help there then - everyone likes it all
