Yosi Samra flats - are they as comfy as they look?

Just wanted to check before I invest, I want butter-soft flats, not the sort with really hard heel-backs that cause blisters.

And is the sizing quite predictable?

I've had two pairs first pair I loved and they were really good quality and they lasted over a year. The second pair the sole came away on the second wear so was disappointed. They are fine for walking short distances.

First pair was the reptile print and they looked expensive second pair was a pale pink colour and looked cheap and plasticky.
