80s fancy dress

Hi all,

I need an 80s 'miami beach' theme fancy dress outfit - any suggestions of what to wear? I need something that's quick and easy to get hold of. Thanks for any help!!

Yellow t-shirt and red shorts with maybe a red baseball cap and some pumps or red shoes.
AKA - a lifeguard onthe 80s fabulous TV show Baywatch.

Or.... something more Don Johnson like?

A suit with the sleeves rolled up
Gelled hair
Loafers, no socks

'Frankie says Relax' t-shirt (cheap on ebay). Shorts, neon leg warmers, trainers. Optional short dark highlighted blonde wig (George Michael circa 1984 look).
One 80s party I went to was not so strictly themed, it was just '80s' and a friend of a friend turned up as Mrs Thatcher - blue suit, pussy bow blouse, rectangular handbag, blonde wig, mask. I thought that was brilliantly original given most had gone down the 80s Madonna or Miami Vice looks.
