You might find some in LK Bennett but won't be cheap....

topshop have got some suede ones with straps and buckles. i got some from jones last year, suede also but haven't worn them much, knee length but look wrong with black tights.

I've ordered these boots in Thyme from Joe Brown's but there is a fair old wait for them now!
