I'd love a burgundy/wine coloured handbag - has anyone seen or bought a lovely one lately?

A nice new handbag appeals for winter and think I'd like something in a burgundy shade. Have looked on JL and HoF websites but nothing really jumps out at me. Anywhere else I should or could look (Russell & Bromley has just popped into my head, they usually have those tones)?

I have a R&B Metalmania bag in burgundy which I love and has lasted me years. It's patent leather and slouchy with metal studs on the handles. They still pop up on Ebay regularly, if you don't mind having a 2nd hand one.

I bought a Bailey and Quin one from Debenhams in the summer, it was quite a small bag though (what I wanted at the time)

I'm not usually a fan of Modalu but do like their Erin in the wine colour, which I've checked out in RL. Not blingy like their Pippa but not cheap!

I want exactly the same thing. Currently lusting after this from Mulberry; contributions are being sought for Xmas, going to try and get it in the sales. Marc Jacobs have a few that might fit the bill if the Mulberry plan doesn't work out. Particularly like this one:

My sister has this one it s a thing of beauty- a richer colour than the pic suggests. It s not this year (maybe last year, or year before) so you might find it in an outlet or something .... It s truly lovey.

Oh my goodness, what have you lot done? I'm now lusting after several waaay to expensive bags . Some lovely links ... I didn't realise there were so many out there. I think I need to set myself a budget!
