decent black trousers?!

Hi, any and all advice required please

I'm looking for a pair of heavy black trouser, cheap! I'm only 5'2 so would like somthing that's skates that fine line between fitted and skimming...but they need to be a heavy material so they hang (not at the slimmest I've ever been so need the cover ).

I need them as I have just dicsovered that I've become a slob and I need something that I can 'smarten up' for those occasions when jeans or combat-style just won't do!

Be really grateful for any suggestions. TIA

FCUK always do nice black trousers but they do tend to be rather long. Have you tried Gap? they do different lengths and leg shapes
