75 quid budget for boots; can you find me better ones than these?

I have majorly wide calves ! They're 44cm at their widest. I really need boots for the winter, but can't find any I like. Unless you can find me better ones, I'm going to buy these:

I like the colour, but think the elastic at the back looks really weird. I'm stuck though! Has anyone seen any better?

I just bought these. There's only a couple of sizes left but you'll get them elsewhere for same price I'm sure. They are gorgeous on and no nasty elastic panel.
