Black trousers for shorties

I only shop online these days. However managed a trip to our local GAP and tried on a pair of real straight and skinny black trousers and much to my amazement they fitted! Great, I thought, after 40 odd years my legs have grown. Sadly not, I was wearing their cropped trousers.

I've tried cropped as full length before and they were always too short, M and S 'short' full length also too short so I've tended to stick to Next and Boden.

These were a perfect full length for me and without the tell tale little slit at the bottom of the legs that a lot of crops have. I thought I'd share with fellow shorties. Fabric is good and thick too.

Thanks, I'll check them out.

There was a thread recently about wesring crops as normal trousers and the general concensus was 'no' as the fit isn't quite right, but I guess they may work or straight leg trousers.

Well, I'd normally agree but I tried these on unaware that they were cropped.

Certainly worth a try if you have the time. I'm pleased not least because the fabric is fairly thick and I've been after some warm, suitable for work, not v. expensive trousers for some time.
