Looking for a tweed/hacking jacket. Anyone seen any on the High Street?

Preferably one similar in style to this one. Am tempted to order it from H&M but it may not arrive for a couple of weeks and I'd really like to wear it next weekend. Thanks people.

There are two in Sainsburys at the mo - one is a slightly mad mustard and teal check, but the other one is a lovely plain mid-brown with (I think) velvet lapels.
