cropped wool trousers.. what footwear

Have bargain pair from Asda for £12 will be fab for work. Have black boots or ballet pumps.. any other alternatives?

Wear mine with long black boots with kitten heels, also long black suede boots with flatty/wedgy heels. Would wear ballet pumps or flat pointies if I had nice ankles but I haven't...so I don't. BUt they look nice on people with nice legs
