another loungewear question - high street retailers

OK I have trawled through a lot of loungewear posts but most of the recommendations seem to be online retailers (Hush, White Company etc)

I have one afternoon to shop in London (Bond Street, Oxford Street etc) next week - what high street retailers should I try apart from M&S? I have never been to Uniqlo should I give it a go?

PS. I am only 5ft tall so lots of the bottoms don't fit me unless I take a pair of scissors to them, I had some Calvin Klein ones that must have been made for a giraffe as could have almost made another pair from the excess that I hacked off

Gap have lots at the moment in the Oxford street Store.

Selfridges has some white company bits but maybe just fragrances or Marylebone High street has a branch? Not far from Oxford street.

Uniqlo is excellent for cheap basics. Extra fine merino knitwear is fab for warm thin layering, and they have lots of loungey stuff too (online, so I assume in store).

I second Uniqlo. When my friend and I meet in London for a shop we always buy in Uniqlo and we are both under 5'2.

My loungewear, is a black Velour tracksuit from Sainsbury's and some black M&S yoga trousers.

TKMax may be worth a look, ours has all sorts of things.

I went shopping last week and a lot of jogging bottoms at the moment in the shops are cuffed/elasticated, not flattering for me...debenhams and m&s had some without the elastics

Just head to the white company store. I love their loungewear

Joules do some nice bits that are stocked at John Lewis.

I have some lovely innes de la fressange black joggers from uniqlo that are fab they aren't particularly long could be turned up, big gap near bond St has complete range of gap fit etc that I think come in Petit sizes

I think I'm right in saying that uniqlo will take up trousers for free for you.
