Mine are old now - 16 years (fuck that IS a long time ago!) and they're still going strong. Ask for painkillers before they take your drains out - that's the stingy bit.

Mine are 9 years old! I had under the muscle as I had nothing before couldn't even fill a A-cup now a lovely round 32D!

Only thing I found I had a little discomfort with was the removal of the drains....that stung!

I had mine done about 4 years ago and love them. I'd lost around 3 stone and went from a D cup to an A, which on my frame looked daft. So I had them put back.
Shame I put the weight back on though
I had over muscle and don't remember any pain, only mild discomfort.
I've since had a baby and they've sagged a bit and definitely look more natural now!
Be prepared to spend a small fortune on new undies!

I had mine done 7 years ago and I've never looked back. I went from an A cup to a D cup, they're totally in proportion to my frame and you'd never guess they weren't 'home grown.'

I didn't have any drains put it. I wouldn't say it was painful, but 'sore' is a better word.

Yes, 12 years and have been very happy with them ever since. The best thing has been being able to wear any top and it looks good! Avoid speed humps on the way home!!

I had mine done 17 years ago-still fine. I had a splendid pair of Spaniel Ears then, so I dread to think what they'd look like now (steam-rollered tights?)!
Best 3K I ever spent. Went from A-to D. No drains but my whole chest area was very, very sore afterwards (obviously), just be prepared (I wasn't). Well worth it. And don't be surprised post op-the swelling will go down!

I had 295 unders, so similar to you. I went from an A to a DD/E, they really don't look big though.

I can't lie, it was fairly painful afterwards for a few days and then sore for another week or so but I managed fine with ibuprofen. Do you have some help organised at home for a while?

It was sore for a couple of weeks, but not too bad. I read that it is a good idea to move anything you will need in the kitchen to a shelf that is easy to reach, as you will not want to be stretching upwards. That really helped.

Loads better today, stayed in an extra night to get my pain under control. So glad they did wouldn't of been able to cope on paracetamol and codeine last night.

Feeling much better now, 18 days down the line I can pick up kids and get on with things again. Pain is still present though, not took painkillers since about day 5 during day but do need some relief at night to get comfy and sleep still very disturbed.

I love them, honestly I don't regret doing it one little bit, my only complaint is that they are not big enough. I wanted a D and don't think that's been achieved.
