What colour ankle boots with white skinny jeans?

I mostly wear white skinny jeans. I need some ankle boots, however I'm not sure of the colour? Black? Beige? Help!

On the rare occasions when I dare to wear white jeans I wear grey suede boots.

I don't wear white jeans when it's boot weather. Would only wear boots when there's an R in the month, and only wear white jeans when there isn't!

Taupe or khaki.

White jeans are for sandal weather.

I wear my white jeans a lot in the winter!

Monochrome looks great all year round. For example I might wear white jeans with a black chunky jumper and black boots, either ankle or knee length. Works with grey too.

Or if the rest of the outfit is paler I'd probably wear taupe boots.

Maybe for you burnish but not me! I wear white jeans all year round, I have about 20 pairs! Don't really like any other colour. In the colder months I usually wear them with Chelsea boots but fancy a change. I am on the lookout!

I saw on a blog just the other day a suggestion to wear white skinnies with grey t-shirt and long chunky grey cardigan in autumn. I think that would look fab with grey ankle boots, maybe even taupe.
