know any kohl eyeliner that DOESN'T smuge?

I know its really ment to smudge, but I prefer it when it doesn't
I like a nice clean sharp line

best ive found so far is max factor

Revlon Colourstay.

Also setting it with eyeshadow applied on top of it helps.

where do you get the colou stau, just tried to find and order on booys but eyeliner wasn't colourstay

Hmmm I buy mine from my local chemist. Maybe try the Revlon website?
