Looking for wider fitting boots (across foot not calf)

Due to a foot injury a few years ago I have found most shoes a little tight across my foot. I am searching for wide fitting, leather, tan/brown, biker/clumpy style boots. I walk a lot so prefer the rubbery sole but that's not a deal breaker. Can anybody help as I seem to be drawing a blank...

Rieker are good - wide toe, less wide heel, so they don't slop about. They do some with nice cosy woollen linings, too. Unfortunately, I don't think any of their biker or cowboy style boots are leather.

Some Merrel are very roomy, but I find them a little hard. I sent some back, last week, because they pressed on my little toe and hurt.

Garbor might be worth a look are pretty hit and miss though.

Have a look at simply be

Various width fittings and some lovely styles

I actually went down a size because I was able to get some wide enough boots

I have found it difficult to find boots too. I am a size 8 with wide feet but regular size calves. I ended up buying from m&s. Although they were regular fit i found them really comfy. They were insolia flex ones which are endorsed by the UK College of Podiatrists.

Lots of Clarkes boots come in a wider fitting, and I was pleasantly suprised by some of the styles.

Thanks all- Had a look at Simply Be but no brown/tan biker boots. Reiker shoes are my fav and have been for years but they let me down this year by not making biker boots! I also tried on a few boots from M&S but sadly they were either too tight across my foot or come too high up my leg (I'm only 5ft). My goodness I think I am making my self sound like a Frodo lookalike :-)

I have these and they are nice and wide. I loves them.

I am also a shortarse and find I sometimes need a thick insole so that boots don't come too far up my legs for comfort-primark do some which are dirt cheap.

They do come in brown aswell, just not on that site for some reason. Confused
