Leggings for swimming

My DM has just had a knee op and as part of her rehab has said she would go swimming. Problem is she has extensive scarring on one leg and wants it covered. I have had a look locally and can't find anything. She wants something that is at least below the knee and it will need to be really light weight as she is very weak. Is be incredibly grateful for suggestions.

You could get swimming leggings and either wear a tankini top or a swimsuit over the top. If you google swimming leggings lots come up.
