Where can I find a strapless cocktail dress, knee length?

The dress should ideally be strapless bandeau style - preferably black, but midnight blue, or red, or very deep green would be ok too.

Not sure where to start!

I'm size 12, long limbs, curvy-ish ( I know that sounds weird), 5'6". I'd rather keep it under £100 if possible.
