If you have loafers what do you wear them with?

I have a black pair with tassels, I thought they would look nice with shortish or rolled up a bit jeans.
But I look like a Brosette when I do.

Whats a brosette?
Maybe its what you are wearing on top with them?
It may be because they are black. Maybe the gap between your jeans and your shoes is just to stark. Try a pop sock in sheer black? Can you post a picture?

Agree it might depend on what kind of top you're wearing. Or could you wear them with tights and a short skirt/tunic dress?

My feet would be freezing in pop socks.
Maybe a longer slim leg would look better. The labels are still on the shoes, I might give up and return them.

Or buy slacks.

I'm presuming you're not putting grolsch caps on the loafers . I would try them with a cigarette trs, or just some slim leg grey or black trs.

brossette! that takes me back!!!! My older sister thought she was going to marry Matt Goss!!! try with skinny jeans and no roll up. trouses that are tapered will look cool too. think Alexa Chung and you should look really stylish!!!! leather skirt or in the new next directory theres a fab silver pleated skirt which looks so designer.
