i have pretty good skin, old but clear. I have developed a spot on my chin(well there are two other tiny ones) just red,(no sporny goodness) I've been zapping it with dd's spot cream and tea tree oil and it's still there after almost a week.
Help me oh wise ones.

Sudocrem! Works amazingly well in my experience (40, clear skin but get the odd humdinger ffs). Put it on overnight. It really helps dry it up.

Whoever said that spots were only for the young?

Hello! 46 and still get them. They look great with my wrinkles. Difference is, I don't care so much now....

You could be me. I never really suffered from acne as a youngster but when I'd get a spot. I bloody get one. I'm still like that now.
I have one by my chin.

I had a flawless complexion until i had my children at 20. It all went pear shaped after that and has settled down now but i still do get the odd erruption.

I'm bringing in the big guns, ds uses Duac for his acne. Blob of that tonight.

I really feel for you, I still get spots especially if I am not careful. I have to use moisturiser very carefully and any anti wrinkle cream would bring me out in a rash of spots as it is just too strong. I'm nearer to 50 than 40. Even if I use handcream which I really need as my hands are so dry I have to be really careful not to touch my face.
30 years of problems and still continuing

It always makes me Envy when people talk of getting "a" spot.

I am 45, just have "a" spot is a very good day for me.
