Hair thickening (?) spray for hair loss

My phlebotomist recommended a spray to "colour in" my scalp where my hair has thinned, told me what it was called but i've forgotten. Any ideas?

Also, has anyone here used it or anything similar? I also have awful scalp psoriasis and am worried anything i use will make it worse.

She may have been referring to something called Topik, which is fibres to conceal thinning areas. I don't think it would affect your psoriasis if the scalp surface feels dry, but I would avoid applying it if the skin is broken from scratching.
