Good tights for toddlers that aren't baggy at the ankle?

Hi ladies,

Can anyone recommend great tights for toddler girls? Tried H&M last year but they were really baggy round the foot and ankle but tight at the thigh/bum! Shes lean and taller than average.

any recommendations?

Oh, I was going to suggest H&M! They do an organic cotton 2-pack of tights in their 0-24m range that are really soft, have a heel shape, and the legs are ridiculously long. We got the pink and oatmeal pack, and they fit my long, lean 2.5yo.
Agree that their 24m+ tights are rubbish.

Second Asda. Also John Lewis but Asda cheaper just as good.
