right, I've bought the Hibiscrub and the Cetaphil. Now what do I do with them?

Have heard they are good for acne/hormonal boils etc.
Not sure how to use. Should I use both twice a day. Like a face wash? Diluted? Leave on? Moisturise afterwards? Really I have no idea where to start.

No advice sorry, I was just about to ask the exact same question!!! I'm confused as they seem to be same thing.......

My doctor gave me hibiscrub for a hormonal boil. I used mine in the shower, just as I would use a shower gel. Worked brilliantly for me.

Watching as my DSs have acne that antibiotics and creams haven't helped.

the hibiscrub I use as a shower was or face wash, i pour a little on my exfoliating gloves in the shower and rub it all over then rinse. it does not foam and is very watery so easy to use spill a lot.

Cetaphil is a cleanser isn't it? So I would use that first and then use hibiscrub like I would a normal face wash. Hibi didn't seem to do much for me but I didn't use it for very long. I am now using Silver Serum which is antimicrobial too and that seems to have helped. Not tried Cetaphil but considering it for when I need a new cleanser.

Bumping - I've purchased both too!
