Seasalt coat and Sainsburys leggings

Thank you for the recommendations, I now have a fab waterproof winter knee length coat with a hood and comfy thick leggings.
This topic is so useful. I had never even looked at Seasalt clothing before reading about it on here. And although I have bought clothes from Sainsburys before, ignored the leggings as I thought they would be as poor as Asda ones.
As for the bra threads, well, aged 58 have just found bra that fits properly, thanks to the correct measuring method.
I am now looking for..........
Comfy, flattish walking sandals that look ok with summer dresses (for my late holiday)
Fitted knee length winter dresses for short 58 year olds who still like to look nice and not frumpy or mutton dressed as lamb.
Looking forward to lots of ideas!

If you like Seasalt have you checked out white stuff? I love their clothes and may as well take out shares in the company!

Crocs huarache for sandals? Colours are a bit limited, but so comfortable!

I will have a look at White Stuff thanks.
I had a look at the crocs, but sadly my feet are wide and hideous with bunions so need to be enclosed at the front. I would really love to be able to wear stroppy sandals.

'stroppy sandals' Grin I need some of those

Sea salt sandals surely?!

I bought my mum a lovely green pair recently - she's 63 and loves them! They are comfy enough for lots of site seeing and a good walk (not hiking tho!).

Sorry sorry. I mean Saltwater Sandals!! The original ones!!

Rivercam · 06/10/2014 22:18

Josef Seibel sandals and shoes are really comfortable for walking in.

Birkenstock sandals

Have a look at Hotter sandals, they do a wider fitting. I love Phase Eight dresses, they are mostly fitted. Not sure if they do a petite range. They are quite pricey though (but then, so are Seasalt, I presume, like me, you'll pay if you think it's good value for money. My floral Seasalt mac came into its own today)
